Leith on the Fringe

The 2011 festival is at an end. Bob the grinning clown is back in his box, Tony the talking frog (not a toad) is on the 11.30 from Edinburgh Waverly to Glasgow Queen Street and the dancing crocodile and Peter Pan have flown back to Neverland (at Leith on the Fringe even crocodiles can fly…).

Thank you to all and everyone who has made this, our first year a success!

Leith on the Fringe was born of a wish to offer a family focused programme of performances and workshops with an aerial/circus edge – the ultimate interactive experience for all and a space where art is more important than gravity… We’ve had a great start for an initiative that set out to put Leith on the map as a viable festival destination with its own unique identity.

Coming up…

Leith on the Fringe will continue to run community events at Out of The Blue – Drill Hall through the year. Please check the website for updates – or join our mailing list.

Those of you wishing to perform at Leith on the Fringe in 2012 should check the ‘Performers’ tab or email perform@leithonthefringe.com

Thanks for a great Fringe Festival 2011!
